Craft has been spotted at CLAW, a modern seafood restaurant in Soho, London. Passionate about celebrating British seafood, CLAW is renowned for serving dishes which are fresh, healthy and truly mouth-watering. Dedicated to sustainability, restaurant owner Fabian Clark and Head Chef Josh Levy work directly with British fishermen and farmers to ensure that each dish served is prepared using only the finest British produce where possible. Seasonal, fresh and on trend, CLAW has quickly become a firm favourite with both locals and tourists. The dish pictured reflects this perfectly showing a delicious looking main which has been presented on Steelite International’s Craft catering crockery.
